Liaison between Classic Carriers and Customer

  • Answer phones
  • Enter loads in TMW
  • Schedule and reschedule pick ups and deliveries

  • Back up for other customer service personnel
  • Assist Dispatch with calls and driver issues
  • Issue EFS checks
  • Job completion each day
  • Other duties as needed by Customer Service Manager
