Liaison between Classic Carriers and Customer
- Answer phones
- Enter loads in TMW
- Schedule and reschedule pick ups and deliveries

- Back up for other customer service personnel
- Assist Dispatch with calls and driver issues
- Issue EFS checks
- Job completion each day
- Other duties as needed by Customer Service Manager
