Responsible for handling and interfacing with direct customers and travel agents through chat, telephone and email coming into the websites of the We Are You accounts. Along with providing superior customer service on these inquiries, you are also responsible for converting inquiries into sales and ensuring the highest level of client and customer satisfaction. A minimum of one year's experience within the travel and tourism industry is mandatory in fulfilling the job requirements of this position. Previous background in sales and account management with travel and tourism related accounts, particularly in the luxury sector of hotel and small ship cruising, is preferred. Demonstrated experience with Word and Excel at an advanced level is also necessary. The ideal candidate will also need strong administrative skills, with attention to detail, ability to work within a team as well as independently and most importantly be able to handle their responsibilities in a pro-active manner.
