Working Hours: Thursday - Monday overnight; 10:30pm - 7:00am CST
What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Provide friendly, courteous and quality IT support to our clients by responding to incoming calls, web submissions, emails, and chats from clients experiencing technical issues
- Utilize a ticketing system to track and document client issues
- Complete client tickets in the ticketing system queue
Power Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience with Remote IT Helpdesk Support
- Knowledge of ticketing system
- Educational degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in IT Services
Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:
