The Program Specialist I, is responsible for logging in client, conducting intakes and enrollments. Primary responsibility is to maintain reception area, greet and assist all individuals entering the facility.

Experience and Education
- High school diploma or GED. AA or certificate of completion in a secretarial field preferred
- At least three years of office experience that includes experience working with individuals in a social service environment
- Current California driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier and reliable transportation
- Provides services within a culturally sensitive, ethnic informed model of practice and is respectful to the community and clients.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to communicate in the language of the community being served
- COVID-19 vaccination required. May request medical or religious exemption if applicable.
