As the Learning department Coordinator, you would be responsible for the day-to-day workings of the leaders you support, a team of experts who partner with all businesses to address strategic objectives. It goes without saying that your assistance will be needed in revenue tracking and calendaring, but this job is very much about people. The relationship you form with the colleagues whom you support is absolutely critical because that’s what enables you to become a true partner. In addition to understanding your team's business - and business needs - inside and out, you will also need deep knowledge of the leadership and workings across the Seramount enterprise.
This position currently reports to the Senior Director, Learning at Seramount, a part of EAB and may support multiple team members, as needed. The position is open to remote work within the continental U.S.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support for the Learning department, requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people
- Provide technical support - updating slide decks through PowerPoint and managing the back end of zoom trainings and running tech checks
- Establish sound business relationships by providing courteous and efficient assistance to both internal colleagues and external clients
- Understand the day’s priorities so you can be strategic about how you direct requests
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained appropriately for each project (e.g., deliverables schedule, scope of work, and email confirmations)
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization on DEI in a global workplace
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent academic record
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must possess at least two of the following:
- Customer service experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience in an office setting
- Leadership experience
Ideal Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Proven ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot basic technology platforms
- Attention to detail
- Solution-focused problem solving
- Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
- Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Discretion with sensitive material and communications
- Experience with Excel
