POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for leading services delivery and customer development as directed by management. Is accountable for fostering successful relationship and account growth for assigned clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Accountable for the development of effective sales growth:
a. Responsible for new business development and account targeting
b. Execute on outlined activity tasks needed for achieving revenue goals (meetings, phone calls, connects, proposals etc.)
c. Goals will be established annually (or as needed pending performance), and expectation is to meet or exceed KPIs through effective account development and retention

2. Accountable for the development and implementation of effective Operations:
a. Implements Operations plans, policies, and goals that further strategic objectives.
b. Works one-on-one with clients, and I-care employees to ensure that Operations services are delivered in accordance with established company standards, policies, and procedures
c. Conducts periodic reviews of existing systems, products, and procedures. Provides recommendations regarding improvements in service delivery, processes, and equipment needs which will further the company’s objectives
d. Installation of wireless and wired CM monitoring systems and demos.
e. Commissioning and troubleshooting of CM systems.
f. Participates in delivering Criticality Analysis, RCA, RCM, Walkdowns, as requested etc.
g. Ensures that applicable laws and regulations are strictly adhered to.

3. Responsible for communication and education between the company and clients, including but not limited to:
a. Communicating the I-care deliverables to the client.
b. Conduct technology awareness sessions for clients as requested.
c. Must be able to interact comfortably, gain trust and communicate effectively.
d. Presentation skills; be able to synthesize findings
e. Create and deliver cogent presentations.

Job Type: Full-time
