We are a start up technology company with a small "start up" budget. We need a paralegal to draft an offer of employment letter to a CEO candidate.
We will give you the information such as stock, vesting, salary, benefits and need you to turn it into a professional offer letter that we can present.
We're based in California, so knowing California law is a plus but not required. This is not an employment agreement or contract it is simply an Offer of Employment Letter.
