Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to understand their needs and concerns. This position requires a customer first attitude, ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage multiple calls in a professional manner
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Respond to customer questions, complaints and inquiries to ensure complete and accurate information
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Work as a team member with staff to achieve goals
• Keep the office environment, machines, and room on the whole clean and tidy at all times
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of MW'S Virtual Services LLC
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills:

• Proven customer support experience in line with the company’s sales goals
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Ability to handle stressful situations and bring energy where needed
• Team player who can also work well under pressure

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
