At First Entertainment Credit Union the Financial Services Representative serves in our Contact Center and you will have the opportunity to assist our members with a variety of customer service interactions. The call-center environment is a very fast-paced environment and requires the FSR to be on the phone for most of the day taking around 60-80 calls daily. This is a hybrid role located at our pristine headquarters in Hollywood, CA.
Contact Center hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST
The minimum and maximum annualized hourly base range for this position is $20.26 to $30.39 in California. The target starting hourly rate is between $20.26 and $25.33.
Responsibilities
As a Financial Service Representative here at First Entertainment Credit Union you will enthusiastically identify opportunities, needs, products, and services that meet member requests. In this role you will be assisting members telephonically and via email, as a frontline member of our retail department. You will be able to meet or exceed service standards and sales goals. It is our hope that you will be the joyous voice that uplifts members as they call into our Credit Union.
Moreover, you will accurately present information and perform tasks associated with opening and closing various account types offered by the credit union. This individual will present information and perform tasks associated with the processing and funding of various consumer loans offered by our organization. You will possess great attention to detail as you perform monetary and file maintenance transactions, such as account record changes, transactions associated with new deposit accounts, loan transactions, and wire requests. Essentially you will be a first line of defense, resolving member's requests inquiries, questions, or problems in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
Candidates must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. The ideal candidate will also have some college coursework and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. With at least two years of experience operating in a Financial Services Representative or Member Service Representative type capacity at a full-service financial institution.
